Torben Aagaard, founder. In Palma since 2018. I lead a network of local specialists: agents, lawyers, architects, builders, interior designers and property managers who are used to working together on Homebase projects. We prepare a home for the owner who is selling, finish it for the family who is buying, and look after it once they have the keys. One call sets up the visit, in person or on video, with the plans, the permits and the file open.
