We are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing co-ownership homes on the island — ensuring that everything works seamlessly for Club Homebase members before and after ownership.
We transition properties from single ownership into professionally governed co-ownership through Spanish SPVs, prepare them to Key-Ready Club Homebase standard, and manage them on behalf of up to eight co-owners.
As the local execution partner, Mallorca Homebase oversees the full lifecycle on the island — legal structuring, operations, governance, and ongoing property management — so members can focus on private use and long-term value without complexity.
