Paul Abraham is a long-time Mallorca resident and the founder of Synergy Homes. As a Partner and Co-Ownership Moderator at Mallorca Homebase, he plays a key role in guiding buyers through the process of co-owning high-quality, fully managed homes on the island.

Paul first discovered Mallorca in 1998 and made it his permanent home in 2004. His background spans hospitality, yachting, and real estate — giving him a deep, practical understanding of island living and the needs of international buyers.

Since joining the Homes in Mallorca community in 2024, Paul has expanded his support for clients looking to buy, rent, or invest. Whether it’s a traditional purchase or a co-ownership opportunity, Paul offers clear advice, personal attention, and access to a strong local network.

Outside the office, Paul is passionate about travel and sports — especially football and paddleboarding — and he’s proudly held a Real Mallorca season ticket for over 15 years.
