How the Process Works
1. Reserve your week(s) for free — no payment or commitment
2. Upload valid ID to confirm your reservation
3. When all 12 shares are reserved, we send you a formal purchase offer
4. Pay a 10% deposit via bank transfer to confirm
5. Final balance is due at notary closing
6. Join the private owner group with full transparency, access to all documents, and direct communication
