1. Lifestyle Co-Ownership Homes

For buyers who want to enjoy their dream home in Mallorca — just for the time they need.

These are properties selected for their charm, location, and livability. Buyers are often couples or families who use the home personally each year, without the burden of full ownership or unused weeks.

They value:

  • Smart budgeting
  • Local service
  • Quality time — not status symbols

We work closely with owners and agents to prepare these homes for shared use, fully furnished and ready for year-round enjoyment.

2. Investment Properties (with ETV License)

For buyers who want to generate income from Mallorca’s booming rental market.

These properties:

  • Must be legally licensed for short-term rental (ETV)
  • Are fully managed by Club Homebase
  • Provide usage weeks + optional returns
  • Appeal to buyers who may use the home a few weeks a year — or not at all

We are highly selective about what we accept into the investment track. Buyers expect rental performance, transparency, and long-term growth.
