A Mallorca Homebase Week equals 1 share in a co-owned property, granting the right to 1 week of exclusive use per year, every year.

Each share = 1 week = 1 vote in the owner group — ensuring fairness and transparency in decision-making.

Minimum ownership is currently 7 weeks (7 shares), which equals approximately 13.5% ownership of the home.

When you buy shares, you receive legal ownership in a Spanish S.L. company that owns the property.

Each share (also called a Homebase Week) grants you 1 week of exclusive use per year and 1 vote in co-owner decisions.

You gain:

  • Full access to the home during your weeks

  • Use of all shared amenities (e.g. pool, outdoor kitchen, etc.)

  • A clear ownership stake in the asset — with resale rights

  • Access to a structured, fully managed co-ownership model

Yes. All co-owned homes are delivered fully furnished, decorated, and equipped for immediate use. This includes interior design, essential appliances, and outdoor areas prepared for year-round living. Owners can move in and enjoy their home from day one.

Mallorca Homebase S.L. manages the legal structure, ownership registry, and digital platform.

Local property managers handle:

  • Cleaning and maintenance

  • Repairs and emergency response

  • Guest preparation and key handover

Yes. Every property is owned by a dedicated Spanish S.L. company.

Your ownership is:

Mallorca Homebase does not provide financing for ownership shares. Each buyer must pay their investment in full at closing, when the property is formally acquired by the company.

If co-owners need additional financing, they must arrange this directly through their own banking or financing options.

  • All actions follow the Owner Agreement and Spanish company law
