One side holds the home: the owner’s mandate, the file, the viewings. The other brings the buyer. Each is worth 50 % of the fee, the way the market already works. Do both and the fee is yours.
You hold the mandate and stand behind the facts. You run the viewings, in person or live on video, and you tell the owner what buyers abroad are saying about the price.

Everything prepared, under your brand
Two out of three homes here sell to Spanish buyers. The premium ones sell abroad, to buyers advised in their own language. That is your part. We prepare the rest.
Measurements and their source, licence status, running costs and the tax position for your client’s country. Plans, photos and video, kept current and ready to send in your client’s language.

Signs for the facts in the file, answers what you cannot answer from abroad, shows the house live on video and meets the buyers who fly in.

What you are protected on
Signed with Mallorca Homebase S.L. before anything is shown. It names your side, your 50 % and the buyer protection period.
Every buyer is registered with a time stamp. A buyer from your own clients is your buyer.
Every agent is paid straight after closing, also when a home is sold in shares.
Neither side approaches the other’s owners or buyers, during the term and for twelve months after.
For sale, Reserved, Sold. Reservations and closings are reported straight away.
Each party owns what it produces.
