Homebase Sites — subscription terms

Parties
Homebase Sites is provided by Global Homebase S.L., the company that builds and runs the Homebase platform. When you subscribe, your agreement is with Global Homebase S.L.
Plans
Collection is free. Pro costs €79 a month plus a one-time setup fee of €490 (€245 for agents who join in 2026). Tailored is priced per project in a written offer. Extra listings built by us cost €29 each. Prices exclude VAT.
What we do
We build, host, secure and update your site, and keep the Mallorca Collection and your Homebase profile in sync with it. Enquiries from your site reach you, with the source logged.
What you do
You keep your domain registered and paid, send complete material (logo, portrait, listings with photos and descriptions), and are responsible for the content you add yourself.
Payment
Monthly in advance by card or SEPA direct debit. The setup fee is invoiced when we start building.
Your subscription comes back
Everything you pay for Pro or Tailored, setup included, counts as an advance against your next Mallorca sale with Homebase. When Homebase's fee on a Mallorca home you bring in is larger than the amount you have paid, we refund the full amount. The count then starts again. Extra listings and other add-ons do not count.
VAT
Spanish businesses pay 21 % IVA. EU businesses with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) are invoiced without Spanish VAT and account for VAT in their own country (reverse charge). Customers outside the EU pay no Spanish VAT. Private customers in another EU country pay VAT under EU rules.
Notice
No lock-in. Either side can end the subscription with 30 days' notice, at any time. Your domain is yours, and your listings and leads go with you in a standard export.
Data
Personal data is stored in the EU and processed under our privacy policy. For the leads on your site, we act as your processor.
Law
Spanish law. Courts of Palma de Mallorca.
